Farah Khan Ali And DJ Aqeel Separate! Here Is why

Sussane Khan, Hrithik Roshan’s former wife’s sister, Farah Khan Ali announces her separation from he husband, DJ Aqeel on social media. She mentions that she is ‘happily separated’ from her husband. Moreover, their divorce will not cause any change in the love they feel towards their children, Azaan and Fizaa.

The caption reads, ‘We will always be best friends to each other and parents to our wonderful children Azaan and Fizaa who love us both equally yet accept that we cannot be a couple any longer. This was a mutual decision we took together involving two adults and there wasn’t any third person involved.

The reason we are announcing it publicly now, is so that the ones who know us accept our situation gracefully and always wish well for both of us especially because we hold n animosity of any kind towards one another and will always be there for each other.’

Her husband shared a similar statement on Instagram. Hrithik Roshan’s former wife, Sussane Khan also commented on the post, saying, ‘Love u both’, along with good wishes from Dia Mirza, Neelam Kothari and Sophie Choudhary. The reason behind their separation is still unknown. However, there are rumours that DJ Aqeel was dating Sonia Sayed Birjie, Hemant Birjie's daughter. Both them were spotted partying in Goa. 

The couple had married each other on February 20, 1999.
