Kangana In “Thalaivi” Looks Unrecognisible In The Teaser!

Thalavi, A multilingual film directed by Al vijay and produced by Vishnu Induri, Shailesh R Singh, showcasing the life of former renowned actoress and late powerful Politician Jayalalithaa who served as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu. The film is beautifully crafted from costumes to looks as shown in the poster and the Teaser.

Thalavi, starring Kangana Ranaut as the protagonist of the film as JAYALALITHAA and Arvind Swamy who played in Mani Ratnam’s “RAJA” & “Bombay” to play
Tamil Superstar & former Chief Minister, Mg ramachandran(MGR).

The film is going to release in “June 26, 2020” and the shooting had started for the film on November 10, 2019.
The actress on her Twitter handle shared the first look of the poster of her’s as a Political Leader on Saturday, Further, she wrote

The poster of THALAIVI is crafted uniquely and tried to depicts a perfect amalgam of both the vulnerable and confident side of Jayalalithaa.
The poster shows Kangana with thick prosthetic makeup on her face done by Jason Collins, Perfectly flashing her signature Victory sign wearing her green saree with a
green cape on top, with a dark bindi on her forehead, gives an aesthetic look to her persona.

Kangana shared her challenges for the preparation of the role as she has been learning Tamil for the demand of script and dialogues, she has also enrolled
for Bharatnatyam classes for the role to showcase her younger shooting days of jaya amma, Moreover the poster is much like the ones that put up in the city streets during
politicians rallies.

The teaser of the 1.32-minute clip shows both lime and political light of jayalalithaa, Moreover, in film, it is said that the audience would
see 4 different looks of the protagonist.
