Ranbir Kapoor's Much-Awaited Film Animal Park Pushed?

Actor Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in filmmaker Sandeep Vanga Reddy's debatable film Animal. The film was in the news for its brutality, bloodshed, and toxic masculinity. This has been the highlight of Sandeep's Kabir Singh, too, but both Animal and Kabir Singh received thunderous responses at the box office. However, Sandeep has always been under scrutiny from the industry and audiences.

 

Ranbir has an exciting line-up ahead with Ramayan part 1 and 2, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Love & War, and Brahmastra part 2 and 3 and all are slated to span from 2026-27. Animal Park which was earlier slated for a 2025 release but Ranbir's jam-packed schedule with his other films, he couldn't give dates to Reddy.

 

Meanwhile, Reddy has moved on to his controversial film Spirit featuring Prabhas and Triptii Dimri. The film was recently in the news for the ugly tiff between Reddy and Deepika Padukone. Deepika left the project due to her own reasons which didn't go well with the director. Sandeep will begin this film and then move on to Animal Park.

 

Sandeep Wanga Reddy announced the second instalment of the Animal franchise titled Animal Park with a special sequence attached to the first part post the climax. It shows Ranbir Kapoor, brother of Bobby Deol, and Triptii Dimri along with former slicing two Sardar men. The sight was unpleasant to the eyes as Ranbir indulged in massive bloodshed.
