The police informed the agency that "all accused have been booked under Sections 3(1)(2), 3(1)(3), and 3(1)(4) of MCOCA." Following the reported Facebook post by Anmol Bishnoi, the younger brother of incarcerated mobster Lawrence Bishnoi, claiming responsibility for the shooting, the investigating team also issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Anmol. Furthermore, they have designated Lawrence Bishnoi as the primary accused in this case after obtaining substantial evidence.
