In the heart of Rungg, we see the vision of the Vaswani brothers, Vineet and Rajesh, which they have brought to life with the help of culinary consultant Suril Udeshi and chefs Rushi Patel, Aditya Dalal, and Jainik Patel. They have put together a concept that is a mix of the traditional and the modern, which in turn presents a reimagining of Indian flavors. Each plate at Rungg is a work of art, which we see in terms of minimal repetition of ingredients and maximum play of taste.
