The actress has been kind enough to share intimate photos of her son's early years and her pregnant journey. On Monday, February 26, Ileana D'Cruz posted a very relatable post about the hardships of motherhood on her Instagram Stories. The hilarious post hilariously portrayed the experience of new mother's nights and was first shared on the page The Mum Crew. The text said, "I put my child to bed and said, 'See you in the morning.'" After that, the two of us laughed and saw each other seventeen more times before dawn.

August 1, 2023 saw the birth of Koa Phoenix Dolan, the daughter of Ileana and her partner Michael Dolan. "No words could explain how happy we are to welcome our darling boy to the world Heart's beyond full," Ileana wrote in a touching Instagram statement.
Ileana D'Cruz wrote a heartfelt letter while expecting. Ileana D'Cruz candidly detailed her pregnant journey on Instagram, conveying the emotional experience. "Being pregnant is such a beautiful, beautiful blessing," the woman said. I feel myself really fortunate to be on this adventure since I never thought I would be fortunate enough to experience something like this. How beautiful it is to feel a life growing inside of you is beyond words. Sometimes I'm just overwhelmed, looking down at my bump and thinking, "Wow, I get to meet you soon." Other days, though, are just incredibly difficult very much attempting. They're too much. complete consumption. And everything seems so dismal.
Ileana said, "And on the days I forget to be kind to myself, this lovely man has been my rock," in reflection on her partner's support. When he sensed that I was about to break, he hugged me. And dabs away the tears. And makes me smile with silly jokes. or simply gives me a hug when he realises that's what I need right then." She expressed how nothing seemed to be as difficult as it formerly had.
Ileana most recently appeared in the song Sab Gazab by Goldkartz and Badshah. A few days after the song's release, she revealed that she was pregnant. Her final acting role was in Abhishek Bachchan's flick The Big Bull. She is now working on Unfair, Lovely, and Lovers.
