Urvashi Rautela Sends Legal Notice Over False Rumours About Her Relationship with Agent Co-star Akhil Akkineni on Twitter

Her latest Telugu film, Agent, co-starring Akhil Akkineni, is set to release soon. However, a tweet from self-proclaimed film critic Umair Sandhu has angered the actress. In response to his "false claims," Urvashi has sent him a legal notice.
In case you missed it, a tweet by a Twitter user named Umair Sandhu went viral claiming that Urvashi Rautela had called her Agent co-star Akhil Akkineni an immature actor and was uncomfortable working with him. This tweet caught the attention of Urvashi and she decided to take legal action against the user for spreading false claims. On Sunday, Urvashi shared a note on her verified social media handle, stating that her legal team has served a defamation notice to the user. The note also mentioned that the user was not an official spokesperson for the actress and his tweets had made her and her family extremely uncomfortable.
It should be noted that Urvashi Rautela is not the first actress to call out Umair Sandhu for his tweets. Earlier, Celina Jaitley had slammed him for making derogatory remarks about her. Umair had tweeted about Celina Jaitley, stating that she had slept with both father and son, Feroze Khan and Fardeen Khan, several times. In response, Celina had tweeted back, calling him an immature person and advising him to seek medical help for his erectile dysfunction.
Urvashi Rautela, too, took to her verified social media handle to share a note post, in which she informed her followers that she had served a defamation legal notice to Umair Sandhu. She called him an immature journalist and expressed her discomfort at the false claims he had made about her equation with her co-star Akhil Akkineni. It is worth noting that Urvashi has taken legal action against Umair Sandhu, just like Celina Jaitley did.
