Urvashi Rautela Turns Down A Thriller - Lat, Due To This Reason

The nationwide sensation Urvashi Rautela leaves no stone unturned in making her name to the news each time. Be it her recent appearance at the Cannes Film Festival or her recent blockbuster pan-India film Daaku Maharaj, Urvashi is much talked about. 

Since the time the actress had stepped into filmdom, she is often been labelled as a sex symbol. Her roles in films like Great Grand Masti, Hate Story 4, Sanam Re, Virgin Bhanupriya, amongst others, definitely grabbed the eyeballs for her bold and sensuous portrayal, but couldn’t make it to the list of good performances.

For sure, with the right PR team, Urvashi is trying hard to build her image as a global artist. While she receives a lot of trolling on social media, Urvashi has her share of controversies. From her clingy-passing affair with director Mohit Suri and Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant to entering many parties uninvited or by attaching her name to the Kantara 2 cast by clicking a picture with Rishab Shetty, Urvashi has done it all. 

But now Urvashi is turning all wise and disciplined. It is been learned that the actress is choosing her scripts consciously. The actress has turned down a thriller film due to the role offered to her.

A close source to the actress reveals, “Urvashi was offered a film titled Lat, but she had denied the offer, citing a sensuous role and bold scenes. The film is written and directed by BA Pass 2 fame Shadab Khan.”

“It is also a known fact that Urvashi’s mother handles all her financial transactions. She even read scripts on her behalf at times. Apparently, her mother has refused Lat due to budget issues. She feels that the money offered to Urvashi is way less than she deserves,” the source informs.
