Why 'The Kerala Story' Success is a Gamechanger

The Kerala Story in the theatres has been winning hearts with the truth out to the world. Have you watched film yet? In many parts of India, the theatres are making the movie shows free for girls as it is a mmust watch for girls. The success of his film has also raised hope for the bollywood as now they will be making more of movies on "hindutva" issues. Not just the Kerala Sotry but the Kashmir Files and earlier the Tashkent Files where also a success.

 The Tashkent files was a hit but made moderate money of around Rs. 20.64 crores. The Kashmir Files which was made on a modest budget of Rs. 15-20 crores ended up becoming one of the biggest hits of the year with around Rs. 340.92 crores at the box office. It had no star value, but did a record business. Have you watched these films? The success of these film has given Bollywood a different and important genre of film to focus on! Do you think the industry will make the most of it? 

While many might have dismissed it as an exception, the success of the Kerala story which stars a barely known Adah Sharma in the lead & directed by a rather unknown director, Mr. Sudipto Sen proves that movies based on right wing issues have its own base and are finding favour among the movie going audiences. The Kerala Story is made on a budget of around Rs. 30 crores and has collected around Rs 113 crores till 13th May 2023. 

The producers are essentially businessmen who back projects likely to make them a profit. They will happily start backing projects which tackle similar issues. I mean what's the lose in it, they are moderate budget film which true stories which must be known by the audience and make huge money for the producers. 

A few of such film will be coming up in India soon like 'Emergency' which is based on the life of Mrs. Indhira Gandhi, as per reports it will star Kangana as the lead.
