A big shot filmmaker & his powerful agent are having a rift

As per a tabloid, lucrative deal-making is one of the reasons behind the rock-solid friendships in Bollywood. The journo was shocked to hear of a rift between a director-producer & his powerful agent. This agent was the brains behind the several deals that the filmmaker bagged on TV & used them to cement his brand. The rift has grown bigger due to certain issues that shook the entire industry. The filmmaker is asking his mentees to employ the services of another agent. He goes on to say that he too plans to move on eventually. But his sources claim otherwise.

The filmmaker in question seems to be the man who was the most hated celeb a couple of months back. But with the dust having settled over a raging issue, he is back in the reckoning. His new web series is a hit. He also has several movies lined up. He will continue to get hounded by Bollywood wives to launch their kids. The content starved audiences couldn’t care less either.

The agent is in question needs to be worried. If indeed the filmmaker is asking his mentees to quit on the agent, it would a drastic fall in the agent’s revenues.
