Ravi Kumar Sihag, the 2021 UPSC topper from Hindi media, was born on November 2, 1995 in Vijayanagar, Sriganganagar Rajasthan. He is well known for achieving an 18th rank in the UPSC exam through the Hindi language in 2021. Before that, in 2018, his first attempt at the UPSC exam earned him the 337th rank, and he ultimately topped the UPSC in Hindi in 2021, reaching the 18th rank.

In 2018, he achieved the 337th rank for Indian Defense Accounts Service, in 2019, he earned the 317th rank for the Indian Railway Transport Service (IRTS) cadre, unfortunately he failed to clear the main exam in 2020, but in 2021 he achieved the 18th rank and became a Hindi medium topper.
