The story paves back to the early 2000’s when the rural pockets were getting to know about what a computer is?
Ravi Kumar who hails from a village named Kambalapally just completes his high school and goes to check his board exam result. There he falls in love with the computer. Having zero knowledge about what a computer is, he wants to pursue computer science. But the college in his village doesn’t offer a computer science course so he settles down for a B.com course.
When Hybath aka Priyadarshi opens a cyber gaming centre in his village. The enthusiastic Ravi Kumar borrows money to buy liquor for Hybath and in turn, uses the computer.
Hybath creates a Mail Id for Ravi Kumar and one fine day the innocent Ravi kumar falls in prey of a fake email which shows Ravi won a sum of 2 Crores as a lottery.
That’s what we can disclose! How does Ravi’s life change after this fake email is the whole story?
The characters are very well established but the slow pace of the movie makes it tiring to watch at the beginning. But the male lead’s fascination for the computer excites us, to see what a computer means to a small town innocent village guy.
Followed by a cute 1990’s kind of love track between Ravi Kumar and Priya (the female lead) who love each other by their looks.
Priyadarshi’s role may have been inscribed more into the story. The background music by Kamran fits in perfectly.
All credit goes to the director Uday Gurrala, the debutant for writing a beautiful story line. Although it’s a simple story it showcases how a village guy uses popular medium and what kind of change it brings.
