Directed by Venkat Prabhu, this movie has attained cult-following post its release. The movie is based on cricket backdrop which focuses on the theme of friendship, romance as well as conflicts in suburbs of Chennai. P Vasu directional revolves around Raja (Sathyaraj) who is desperately in need of money to save his mother. With this motto he disguises into an old man named Devaraj and teaches two young women music in Baby Amma’s (Manorama) estate. Post his transformation he will be able to get money or get caught in the act is the other story.

Imsai Arasan 23 M Pulikesi

Chimbu Deven directional starring Vadivelu in lead role for the first time is a historical, comedy-drama. With this film as a lead, he once again showcased his talent and ability to pull off the dual role with ease. The story is about Ugraputran who discovers his royal origins and chooses to swap places with his dumb twin brother. Vadivelu exposes his evil uncle and also deals to save the kingdom from the Britishers.
