According to a report , Vijay Kirgandur disclosed that because director Prashanth Neel is busy, pre-production work for KGF Chapter 3 hasn't begun and the movie won't be released any time soon. He stated that the release of Part 3 is anticipated for 2025. Not only that, but they also mentioned that there are plans to continue the franchise through part 5. Even the possibility exists that KGF will continue after the fifth instalment.

Along with this thrilling information, the KGF producer also discussed the startling possibility that, after the fifth instalment, Yash might be replaced as Rocky in the franchise. He said, "Just like the James Bond series, where the heroes keep switching, it's possible that Rocky Bhai's role in the KGF franchise could be filled by a different hero after the fifth instalment."
