Amitash Pradhan is a dynamic actor who is known for his screen presence in the Tamil and Telugu industries. Some of his successful movies which gave him good recognition are “Vaaranam Aayiram”, “Velaiilla” Pattadhari”. Following this movie he appeared in a Telugu movie called “Bruce Lee- The Fighter”(2015), and “Vaanam Kottatum”(2020).

Karnataka to Girish Pradhan ( who is a Telugu Actor) and Weena Pradhan. Amitash Pradhan finished his schooling from Bala Vidya Mandir and then did his degree in Electronic Media from Anna University.

Career

In 2014, the actor started his professional career essaying a negative role in a Tamil film titled “Velaiyilla Pattadhari”. As luck would have it, his movie became an instant blockbuster and he gave an amazing performance.

After this movie, he became a known actor and marked his identity after Telugu Director Srinu vaitla in 2015 gave him an opportunity to act in his movie “Bruce Lee- The Fighter ''. He made his Telugu debut in the movie as he worked alongside Ram Charan. Following this movie, Amitash Pradhan announced in his social media handle that he is going to make a Hollywood debut with the film “Heartbeats” which was directed by Step Up 4 U and written by Duane Adler and released in 2017.

Before stepping into the film industry, the actor has worked a lot in theaters and appeared in “The Virtuous Burglar” (2009), “Whose wife is she anyway” (2010), “The Fire & the Rain” (2010) and “The Cyclist” (2011). After gaining immense experience at the theatre, he decided to shake his leg in the cine- industry.
