R Ashwin, Dinesh Karthik, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Harshal Patel Discover a Novel Way to Prepare for the T20 World Cup 2022 Campaign

The T20 World Cup 2022 is just a few days away from starting. The Indian cricket team has already arrived in Australia for the mega event and is practising in the nets to best prepare for the tournament. On Sunday, however, players such as Ravichandran Ashwin, Dinesh Karthik, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Harshal Patel discovered a novel way to learn about what awaits them in the showpiece event. Ashwin took to Instagram to share a story in which he posted a picture of himself, Karthik, Chahal, and Harshal watching Australia's first T20I against England in Perth.

The two teams faced off in the first of three matches as a warm-up for the T20 World Cup in Perth. Ashwin is a great student of the game who keeps a close eye on his opponents and devises strategies to get the better of them on the 22-yard cricket pitch.

While there's no doubt that watching a game of cricket in Perth would have been enjoyable for the quartet, Ashwin and the others must have learned a few things about the two teams as well.

In terms of India's schedule for the T20 World Cup 2022, Rohit Sharma's men will play Australia in their first warm-up match before the tournament. The subcontinental powerhouses will also play New Zealand in a warm-up match before facing archrival Pakistan in their first T20 World Cup match.
