Nayanthara, who the public also knows as the “Lady Superstar” of South Indian cinema, is a very successful and popular actress in India. Born on 18 November 1984 in Bangalore, Karnataka, as Diana Mariam Kurian, she comes from a Malayali Christian background. Her father, who was in the Indian Air Force, made the family travel around India, and as a result, they lived in many different places and also attended many schools.
She went on to get her degree in English Literature from Marthoma College in Thiruvalla, Kerala. Before foraying into films, Nayanthara was a model, which in turn became the key to entering the entertainment industry.
