E-Sampark Centres, also known as Citizen Service Centres, are set up by the Chandigarh Administration to offer a wide range of Government services under a single-window system. The centers facilitate easy access for citizens to essential services without having to go to several government offices.

The e-Sampark Centres are spread across various sectors in Chandigarh, such as Sector 10, Sector 15, Sector 17, Sector 21, Sector 23, Sector 40, Sector 43, Sector 45, and Sector 47. Other centers are also established in Manimajra, Industrial Area Phase-1, Sector 7 Market, PGI Sector 12, and in the complex of the Punjab & Haryana High Court for the convenience of the citizens of the city.

These facilities include a variety of services such as paying electricity and water bills, paying property taxes, paying birth and death certificates, issuing senior citizen and disability cards, providing CTU bus pass services, RTI applications, grievance registration, and police verification services. The goal is for the public to receive public service quickly and to the satisfaction of the public.
