The makers recently announced a sequel to a popular film released in 2012 that became hugely popular amongst the youth for its fun elements and modern take on relationships. The makers teased with a glass of red wine kept over the final draft mentioning the title. The film is directed by the original director and the former producer, but the twist is that the cast, which is announced, isn’t the original one.
Earlier, an actress was roped in to play the female lead, but the makers dropped the idea of casting her citing her poor response at the box office. The role went to an actress from down South, who is currently the talk of the town.
The other actress who was roped in is a blue-eyed girl of a popular producer but she was also replaced by the sequel’s producer’s favourite and his Rakhi sister.
