Mumbai Mirror has published a blind item about an actor who wants to buy every flat in the housing complex he was born in.

This superstar has been dreaming of buying out a housing complex for close to a decade. There were news reports earlier of all but 1-2 flat owners refusing to sell their flats to the superstar. Looks like they too will sell soon.

This superstar is considered to be one of the most talented, hard working people in the industry. Many consider him to be India’s best bet at winning an Oscar. We do hope he realizes his dream of starting a studio soon. Meanwhile we have been told that his remake of international hit has shaped up really well. Don’t be shocked if his movie shatters all previous box office records.

Looks like he is still doing the balancing act between his wife & mistress. The wife happily posed for pics on holi, which he shared on social media. The mistress msut be feeling dejected by the lack of film offers. Her co-star from her debut movie is zooming ahead with several projects in hand. All this must be causing friction in their relationship.

The star wants to own every space in the complex, and has slowly been buying out the other residents one by one. He wants to open an office, production studio et al, all under one roof. Now we hear he is rather close to realising his dream, but the last couple of spaces will open for sale only after the market condition improves. Well, Rome wasn’t built in a day either.
