From an initial investment of merely ₹1,400, he expanded into construction, mining, and hospitality now fetching annual revenues of ₹300 crore. At 66, he is still busy developing his ventures, including the establishment of a 600-acre township near Jaipur, new hotels, and acquiring infrastructure contracts.
