Bollywood Blind Item: Superstar Sues Character Actor

This superstar & character actor have acted together in several movies. Many have turned out to be blockbusters. They are both supporters of the same political party. One would be mistaken to think that they are close friends. But nothing could be further from the truth. Yesterday, news outlets ran stories about the superstars suing the talented character actor for 25 cr! As per a source, the character actor who is now semi-retired, was keen on starring in the sequel of the hit franchise which has a cult following among fans of Bollywood comedy movies. But he was dejected when the shoot started & he realized that the superstar was getting inordinately more time vis-a-vis him & another actor. The character actor then decided to exit the project.

The superstar has been accused of editing scenes of his co-stars in the past. But to be fair to him, he is the biggest star among the three male leads of the movie. It is his position that will take the biggest hit if the movie flops. He is going through a tough phase at the box office & needs a hit to reclaim his postion as the no.1 challenger to the box office throne. His last movie was an average grosser & was considered to be an under performer.
