The players are the ones who always bear the brunt of the team's success or loss. People tend to overlook the individuals who toil away in the background to keep the athletes healthy and prepared. Following the 2021 World Cup, Ravi Shastri resigned from his position as head coach of Indian cricket. Filling the void left by his absence was enormous. But where Shastri and his colleagues left off, the present coaching team has carried on. They have won every series in the white ball format, which has been amazing.

Rahul Dravid: 

Following Ravi Shastri, Rahul Dravid was named head coach of the Indian National Cricket Team. In 2021, Dravid assumed leadership following India's elimination from the World Cup semifinals. His goal will be to carry on Ravi Shastri's legacy. The Wall is no stranger to coaching a national team. In 2018, Dravid guided the U-19 team to a World Cup triumph. He is renowned for guiding children and maintaining their mental health. He also has a talent for getting along with the younger generation and helping them feel at ease in a team setting. He is the best person to help kids with their technological errors. India advanced to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 final under his guidance. Rahul Dravid's term as the Indian Cricket Team's head coach was renewed by the BCCI following the competition.

Vikram Singh Rathore: 

Vikram Singh Rathore replaced Sanjay Bangar as the batting coach after the 2019 ODI World Cup. Despite his lack of international experience, Rathore has scored more than 11000 runs with 33 hundred as a first-class batsman. Vikram has played six test matches, scoring 131 runs in ten innings at an average of 34.20. He also has played 7 One-Day Internationals and scored 193 runs at an average of 27. His tenure was renewed in 2021. Rathore is known to help youngsters overcome their technical problems. He is seen closely working with Shubhman Gill, Hanuma Vihari, and Shreyas Iyer. Vikram played a pivotal role in the rise of Rishabh Pant as a test batsman. 

Mhambrey spent a considerable amount of time working closely with Rahul Dravid on the U-19 and India A teams. He has produced a group of young Indian fast bowlers that bowl very accurately and quickly. One key team member in charge of making sure the players are fit is Kamlesh Jain. He has worked with the Kolkata Knight Riders for ten years, the last three of which he spent as a lead physiotherapist. Desai has long been associated with the Indian community. He supported Nick Webb up till the World Cup in 2019. He assumed leadership as the Strength and Conditioning Coach following Webb's resignation.

India defeated Australia in the World Cup Final in November 2023, following ten straight wins. All things considered, the coaching staff has done a fantastic job of fostering a positive team culture and giving players a sense of security inside the group.
