Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most followed actresses in Bollywood. She gained a lot of popularity in a very short wile. She had a grand debut in 2018 with Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khattar. She won millions of hearts through her amazing performance. Next, we will see her in Good Luck Jerry which is a Hindi adaptation of the Tamil film Kolamavu Kokila. In a recent interview Janhvi talked about doing remake films. 

She was asked if doing a remake film is an advantage for an actor and to this she gave a very balanced answer. She said, “I think doing a remake has its pros and cons. Obviously, you know that it’s a film that has been loved by a large group of people. However, I still do think that it is a fun balance between still respecting the material and the intention with which the material was made”. She added it was because she thought every successful film or anything successful in general appeals to people if it has been made with a pure and honest intention and that needs to be kept intact and respected. 

She said the remakers needs to have a perspective on the story. If its the same filmmaker then they have already related with the people.
