Neetu Kapoor on Surprise Dance Performance at Alia-Ranbir Wedding!

The Alia-Ranbir wedding has to be one of the most extravagant and dreamy Bollywood weddings we have seen in the longest time! Although the celebrations were limited to just family and very few close friends, what we saw through the pictures shared looked magical. Pictures were shared by everyone who attended the wedding, including the bride herself. Alia covered almost all wedding rituals and functions on her Instagram profile and we absolutely loved getting a glimpse of the grand wedding!

Alia Bhatt shared pictures of the wedding night, the Mehendi, and the Sangeet. It could be seen in her pictures that the Kapoors did a wedding dance, which actually looked like a bit from a Bollywood movie! later, MIL Neetu Kapoor revealed that the entire wedding dance was actually her idea. She wanted to surprise Alia with a special wedding performance, even if they had very little time to plan it out. They practiced for a day and performed Gidda (a traditional Punjabi dance), along with some new songs. Ranbir joined the dance performance, and looked like everyone enjoyed it too! 

Neetu Kapoor also added that she just wanted to give Alia a surprise and was very glad to see that she could make her Bahu happy! She also mentioned that had she gotten more time to prepare for the dance, she would have made sure everyone joined the performance!
