"TV actress Vaishali Takkar, attempted suicide by swinging herself at her residence in Sai Bagh Colony, under Tejaji police station limits in Indore," an official said on Sunday. Vaishali Takkar starred in the popular television series "Sasural Simar Ka" and left a suicide note claiming that her neighbor had harassed her. Additionally, a suicide note that indicated she was under stress and being bothered by her neighbor, businessman Rahul Navlani, was found nearby.

According to ANI, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Moti ur Rehman, "Rahul was Vaishali's neighbor, and the suicide note claims that Vaishali was harassed by him before she took such drastic measures. Rahul bothered her because she was set to marry another man. The case is being looked into by the police."

"Rahul left his house after locking it and is not currently there. Rahul is being sought by police, who will next question him "Rehman, ACP, added. Rahul Navlani had been wed before.

Rahman claimed that the TV actress was essentially a Ujjain resident and that she was residing here within the boundaries of the Tejaji police station. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was the TV series that Ms. Takkar used to launch her career. She plays the role of Anjali Bhardwaj in this show. She appeared in more than a couple of extra serials and rose to fame as Sasural Simar Ka. Some other serials that she did include Super Sisters (as Shivani Sharma), Vish Ya Amrit:Sitara (as Netra Singh Rathore), and Manmohini 2(as Ananya Mishra).

The actor was a native of the Ujjain district's Mahidpur town. According to accounts, she had resided in Indore for the last three years.
