The actress was seen carrying her baby in her arms and even captured a video of Malti Marie observing the deity Ganpati Bappa with interest. However, some social media users questioned how she was able to take a video, as it is not allowed according to the rules. Priyanka was in India to promote her upcoming project Citadel, in which she stars alongside Richard Madden. Additionally, she is set to commence work on Head of State in May 2023.

However, it is known that photography and videography are not permitted inside the temple premises. Some social media users criticized the actress, stating that rules are not followed equally for everyone, and that it is disappointing that some individuals disregard the rules despite them being in place for everyone's benefit.

Malti Marie received a tilak and a small chaddar from the priests, which are typically given to Ganpati Bappa. Fans couldn't resist admiring the adorable expression on the little one's wide-eyed face. In addition, a fan observed that Malti Marie seemed to be fully focused on the laddoo she was given.
