With a lot of filmy drama and true Bollywood style appearances rocking the floor, the 64th Filmfare award came to a conclusive level. Appearing in their own custom styled killer looks, this year the Filmfare Awards set the perfect stage for burning the fashion world with a lot of headlines.
Right from the cute couple entries to the new pairs coming up, everything was unique this time around. Malaika Arora Khan who is soon going to be a Kapoor, was noticed in a red sizzling hot gown with her hair flaunting around. Meanwhile Arbaaz walked the red carpet with his fiancée, Giorgia Andriani catching a lot of media attention. The entire Red Carpet show was quite a blockbuster thanks to the hosts, king khan- Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkummar Rao. Filled with a lot of humour and fun, the show went out to be a big hit.
Moving on to the winner’s squad, the biggest award winners were Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, the hottest couple, who won the best actors award for their blockbuster releases, Raazi and Sanju, consecutively.
Alia gave a pretty overwhelming expression showering love on Ranbir as she got the best actress award, saying,
“Meghna for me Raazi is you, your blood and sweat. You are my main chick. Vicky without you, the film wouldn’t be complete. Thank you my mentor Karan for being my mentor, father and my fashion police. Tonight’s all about love there my special one; I love you (Ranbir Kapoor).”
Talking about the major films, the best places were bagged by the hits like- Raazi, Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho.
Ranveer Singh got the critics best actor award for his mouth gaping performance in Padmavat and what came out to be more special was his wife, Deepika presenting the award to him. He was all on in knees to get the trophy from his loved wife. Neena Gupta got the critics best actor female award for Badhaai Ho.
Meghna Gulzar got the best director award for Raazi and the best film critics award went with Andhadhun.
Inshallah V Sooryavanshi on Eid 2020
Coming Eid will be a super blockbuster clash between the two superstars, Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan. Salman Khan starrer Inshallah and Akshay starrer Sooryavanshi with be releasing on the coming Eid 2020.
The first poster of Sooryavanshi is already out and Salman is running around with his revelations about the release date for his upcoming starrer. Talking to the media Salman stated, “I’ll start Dabangg 3 first and then Sanjay will release his film after that. So, Dabangg will release in December and we will come on Eid, next Eid (2020).”
Salman’s starrer Inshallah will be holding Alia Bhatt as the female lead and the story is said to be roaming around an eternal love story. Salman will be collaborating with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after long 20 years for this beautiful film. Audiences need to hold on their seats to watch both these Big Banner films on Eid. Let’s see which one gets an upper hand with the launch.
We think Akshay’s decision to clash with Salman might prove to be costly. Eid is after all Salman’s holiday & he has an enviable record of hits, which released on Eid.
