In the 2024 film Crew, three women decide to make money by smuggling gold: Geeta (Tabu), Jasmine (Kareena), and Divya (Kriti). They are employed by Mumbai-based Kohinoor Airlines' cabin staff, but the airline hasn't sent them their salary in six months. As a result, the women use their flights to smuggle gold in the form of chocolate balls from Mumbai to Al Burj. But the customs officials discovered the same thing. Though Jasmine says they should take some for themselves, Rajvanshi will never wake up. That way, all of their issues will be resolved. This is obviously a bad plan, and Geeta and Divya shut it down right away. When the plane makes an emergency landing back at home, the DRA discovers the gold with Rajvanshi. They attempt to look into it, but because the man is deceased, they are at a loss for explanations. A short while later, word spreads that Kohinoor has filed for bankruptcy. At this point, the women decide to change their plan as Jasmine's proposal suddenly appeals to them.
In addition to offering Mr. Mittal a 7% share of the gold they plan to take from Vijay Walia, the trio threatens to expose him to the Indian authorities. After Mr. Mittal offers to assist the group, they determine that Jasmine will steal the gold while the Walia family is busy enjoying the wedding by secretly obtaining the key card to the suite. While Divya uses her brother's assistance to break into the hotel's CCTV system, Jasmine uses her kleptomania to her advantage and steals the key card. When Geeta goes up at the Walia suite dressed as a member of the hotel staff, she discovers that the gold is not there.
Ayesha Walia: what happens to her? While Vijay is unconscious, the two decide to carry out their original plan to steal the gold; however, Ayesha awakens and discovers them. After a frantic fight involving Jasmine, Geeta, and Ayesha, the two air hostesses tie Ayesha up and imprison her in the flight's storage compartment. What becomes of all the gold and Vijay Walia? Three of the four gold suitcases are carried to the cockpit by Jasmine and Geeta, who also provide Divya the much-needed motivation he needs to land the aircraft.
Divya succeeds in landing it in her birthplace. While Rajveer notifies the local police to detain Vijay Walia, Ayesha, and her husband, the three women flee the aircraft with their individual bags.
How does the Crew come to an end? As the movie comes to a close, Rajveer assists Divya, Geeta, and Jasmine in escaping with their half of the gold as the customs officers capture the leftover luggage.
