is Chiranjeevi Guilty of Pomoting Naxalism? Is He a Traitor? 

Do you know whay Naxalism is? Well, to brief it out, it is a practice of supporting of Maoist political sentiment and ideology.

Bollywood has often been accused of glorifying underworld dons & dons turned terrorists but they have never shown these gangsters to be saints & they have never promoted the mafia. Both the good & the bad sides of the mafia life have been shown. whenever possible and the industry never tries to hide such things. 

But in Chiranjeevi's 'Acharya' - both Chiranjeevi & Ram Charan play naxals who are as clean as saints. They show no remorse over them being naxals throughout the movie. In fact they are shown as do-gooders who deliver justice. The whole movie seems to be a naxal recruitment video. It is completely lost on the makers of the movie and the two stars that many soldiers in the Indian army have given up their lives fighting against the naxals. We wonder what the families of the martrys must be feeling after watching the movie.

What is even weirder is that Chiranjeevi is also a politician from Andhra Pradesh. Thankfully Tollywood fans have rejected the movie outright. The movie made on a budget of 140cr barely grossed 75cr worldwide. But is this punishment enough? It is shocking that nobody has filed a case against the movie & it's stars. Sadly Acharya is not the only Tollywood movie which will glorify naxals. Another Tollywood movie - Rana Dagubbati's Virata Parvam too will have naxal as the hero.
