Tanya always stood behind Mikesh, the adorable fool, but now that she's expressed her desire to move overseas, they are at odds. As people find it difficult to express to one another what they really need and want, tensions grow.
Though he finally accepts Tanya's plan after some hesitation, Mikesh isn't entirely sincere. The narrative takes an intriguing turn when Mikesh's father-in-law, Brijmohan, who had previously benefited from Mikesh's life advise, pushes him to quickly comply to his spouse's requests.
As the story progresses, Mikesh's mother pays them a visit and they develop a special bond. Mikesh's reasons for being reluctant come to light when Tanya's application to Canada is denied owing to issues; these reasons are rooted in a deep-seated anxiety resulting from a previous family tragedy.
Mikesh's mental anguish and actual thoughts are revealed during an intervention that his mother arranges. Understanding Mikesh's hardship, Tanya decides to forgo her ideal job opportunity in Germany. But everything changes after a sincere chat and an unexpected turn involving Mikesh's old pal Pranav. When Tanya made the decision to accept the job offer, Mukesh promised to be there for her even though they would be dating virtually.
With a heartfelt departure, Mikesh gives Tanya the house key and promises to give her a big hug when she gets back. This concludes the season. The spectators' hearts were won over by the undying love that endured between Mikesh and Tanya.
