Sara is one of the loved actresses of Bollywood. We have seen her in msny films now and we can definately say that she is an outstanding actress. She made her debut with Sushant Singh Rajput in Kedarnath and was then seen in Simmba with Ranveer Singh. Apart from acting she is also a fitness enthusiast. She has shown amassive body transformation and has become an inspiration for many. Recently an old picture of Saif and Sara has gone viral on the internet. 

In the picture we see her with Saif and she is almost unrecognizable due to her extra kilos. She revealed that she weighted almost 96 kgs during her college days. Her journey from fat to fit is an inspiration. . A user wrote on the picture, "Inspiration bro. It's so tough after a plateau. Bt good on her. For losing and then maintaining it." Another user wrote, "It’s not easy to lose that amount of weight and maintain the new weight. It requires scary amount of dedication and self control."

Sara once talked about it and said that her weight loss journey wasn't easy as she was suffering from PCOD.  She said, "I went to Columbia for four years and at the end of the second year, I decided that I really want to act, like I said I have always known, but that realisation coincided with the weigh scale saying that I’m 96 kilos. So, it was a bit difficult. Then it was the senior year of college in America itself that I lost the weight."

She is really an inspiration and we wish her all success she deserves.
