As the film continues to do well at the box office, Emraan addressed questions about being part of a star-studded ensemble that included Katrina Kaif, Shah Rukh Khan, and Hrithik Roshan in a recent interview. He admitted that he never felt uneasy about his role in the film, although he did ponder turning it down when it was first given to him.

Emraan Hashmi confessed to Siddharth Kannan on his YouTube channel that he first considered declining the chance to be a part of Tiger 3, considering the existing brand with Salman Khan as Tiger. However, after reading the screenplay, all reservations vanished.

Although Emraan briefly pondered refusing the job after learning that he would be playing the antagonist in Tiger, he quickly welcomed the chance. The writing, particularly the representation of the character Aatish, piqued his interest, helping him understand the role's distinct and intriguing nature.
