Tiger 3 Struggles To Reach 300 Cr Milestone!!

Day 19 box office revenue for Tiger 3: With the release of Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur and Ranbir Kapoor's Animal, there seems to be little possibility that Salman Khan's film would join the Rs 300 crore club.

After nineteen days in theaters, Salman Khan's third installment in the Tiger franchise, Tiger 3, is making way for Animal and Sam Bahadur, two new movies. The movie's receipts on Thursday fell short of Rs 2 crore. Industry tracker Sacnilk reports that on its nineteenth day, it made Rs 1.85 crore, making its total domestic collection to Rs 279.90 crore.

With the release of Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur and Ranbir Kapoor's Animal, viewers appear to have more alternatives, making the film's prospects of breaking into the Rs 300 crore club seem slim. The movie has made Rs 463 crore worldwide. We will find out in the upcoming week if it meets the Rs 500 crore criterion.

The 2017 release of Tiger Zinda Hai, the preceding movie in the series, performed better at the box office. By the conclusion of its eighth week in theaters, the movie had made Rs 339.16 crore. It may be challenging for Tiger 3 to do lifetime business that is even somewhat comparable to Tiger Zinda Hai, given the rate at which the movie is expanding at the box office.

Nonetheless, the movie holds the distinction for being Salman Khan's biggest debut and the highest-grossing Diwali release. When Tiger 3 was released on November 12, it brought in Rs 44.5 crore. Its poor success might be attributed to the fact that it was released during the ODI World Cup, which caused a national cricket fever.

Alongside characters like War and Pathaan, Tiger 3 is the third installment in the Tiger franchise and is set in the YRF Spy Universe. In addition, Shah Rukh Khan makes a brief cameo appearance in the movie, while Hrithik Roshan appears in a post-credit sequence. Similar to the first two installments, Tiger Zinda Hai and Ek Tha Tiger, the film centers on a new operation between ISI spy Zoya (Katrina Kaif) and RAW agent Tiger (Salman).

The 2012 film Ek Tha Tiger was directed by Kabir Khan. The franchise released Tiger Zinda Hai, a sequel, in 2017. Ali Abbas Zafar directed the follow-up.
