Top 7 Shaktimaan Villains That Were Amazing

Shaktimaan is among the popular shows from the 1990s which were enjoyed by a cult. And we have been hearing that the show is going to make a comeback. This time, it isn't just the speculation that's making the buzz. Mukesh Khanna, who played the lead role in the show, was also the producer, and he has confirmed that he is bringing the show back.
Well, what made Shaktimaan the superhero that he is seen as today? It is the countless villains throughout the show that he fought and defeated. And the villains are something to talk about! They were all well written and terrifying to an unbelievable extent. Today, let's talk about some of the amazing villains from the show.
1. Tamraj Kilvish
He was the king of darkness who was evil to the core. Tamraj Kilvish, along with his minions, was not just plotting to kill our superhero, but also wreak havoc on the world. He had a catchy phrase which we can never forget, “Andhera Kayam Rahe...”. What made him more frightful was the evolution of his face and voice.
2. Dr Jackal
He was one of the most prominent minions of Tamraj Kilvish. Dr Jackal is what happens when scientists are set to ruin the world. Well, most of the science that we saw on the show was not accurate, but it was convincing enough to show that Dr. Jackal is capable of inflicting some serious problems on the world. And, of course, we can't forget the way the doctor shouts “Power!”. A potent scare tactic even today. He had some great creations, like the Evil Shaktimaan, and Kekda Man.
3. Kumar Ranjan or Sahab
He is one of the least popular villains in the show, whose character, however, is perfectly antithetical to that of Shaktimaan. His character is the perfect embodiment of how the world of organized crime and politics was in cahoots in the 90s.
4. Kapala
He is also a minion of Kilvish who has shapeshifting abilities. What made him interesting were his funny jokes while fighting with Shaktimaan. His creations can be frightening for the young audience who watch the show for the first time.
5. Kitanuman
Kitanuman was perhaps one of the most terrifying and grotesque-looking villains in the show. Because of him, we saw Shaktimaan venturing into outer space multiple times.
6. Pretolla
This character has the form of a ghost who has the ability to turn people into ghosts. He is as old as Kilvish and supposed to be more powerful.
7. Plastica
It was the best use of CGI in the 1990s on television. We saw a humanoid figure made out of polythene bags and other plastic. Her superpower was to release poisonous gas which could kill people in seconds.
Even though we know that it's the hero who always wins at the end, we are still waiting for the show to come back.
