Bridge pose or also known as Sethu Bandha Sarvangasana is not a hard pose. This pose is famous for beginners. Bridge pose can be easy to do but the effects of this pose are very good as the poses that hard to perform.
Bridge pose makes your core stronger and also helps you to strengthen the legs and hips. Improves posture, and relieves low back pain. If you work on a computer most of your day then this pose will help you to relieve your stress and also back pain.
Steps:
1. First lie on your back and try to bend your knees and your legs and feet parallel to a hip distance apart.
2. Then move your feet closer to your buttt and raise your hips.
3. After that clasp your hands under your back and get on top of your shoulder. Try to hold this parallel position as long as you can.
4. And then release your hands low to your butt to allow your back to rest.
