The three basic components that
Hindus termed spirit, phlegm, and bile are thought to be the body's manifestations of the three divine global energies. The proper ratio of these three basic elements is necessary for health.
1. Dr. Siddhartha Mukherjee – Biologist
Siddhartha is a writer, a physician, and a biologist. Mukherjee is a columnist for The New York Times as well as The New Yorker.
