Shazia Kidwai is the director of ANDAAZ-E-BAYAAN AUR EVENTS Pvt Ltd. Shazia Kidwai belongs to Badagaon, Barabanki UP, and presently living in Sharjah UAE. Shazia Kidwai is also the founder of the known “APPI Ka Center” (Appi is often referred to as Elder Sister). She is educating school dropouts in  various aspects such as writing, reading, math calculation, and many more. Shazia Kidwai is also a known Financial Consultant and UAE Expat as she is living in UAE for approximately the last 20 Years. She started her Education Center by the inspiration of the American Federation of Muslims of Indian Origin.

Shazia Kidwai is basically working for reducing the amount of illiteracy rate of Muslim Girls in Uttar Pradesh. As her roots are from UP itself she definitely knows what is the scene behind the Literacy rate there. Her vision is to educate Muslim girls who are financially weak and those who are unable to manage studies. She believes that in Muslim families girls get married at a very early age. Thereby she wants to help those poor girls by educating them and by teaching them some vocational courses in order to make them independent.

Shazia Kidwai is married and is blessed with a daughter and a son. She lives in Dubai with her family. Shazia Kidwai parents details are available but her husband's name is not known but his picture is available in a family photo of theirs. 

Shazia Kidwai started her Career as a Financial Advisor and later her curiosity to work for financially weaker Muslim women encouraged her to open an Educational Institute. She started her own institution for educating Islamic Women of India for free of cost. Shazia Kidwai has been working as a Financial Advisor with various companies and organizations such as Zurich Financial Services, Citi Bank, and Abu Dhabi Commercial bank. She is also the Founder of an Event Company known as Andaaz-E-Bayaan Aur Events.
