Danish Vishnu Malewar was born on 8 October 2003 in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He is a right-handed batter and also bowls right-arm leg break when required. At a young age, Malewar took to cricket, which led him to join a cricket academy at the age of 7.
In the first-class match against the 2024-25 Ranji Trophy season, he broke into the team for Vidarbha. Very soon, he proved to be a reliable name in the top order and played a key role in the success of Vidarbha’s campaign. For the season, he scored 783 runs in nine matches, which also included centuries, and also made some valuable contributions in the knockout stages.
