Cineblitz has published a blind item about the reason behind the delay in the release of a popular thriller web series.

A web series is the best thing to happen to this senior actor, who was once an A-lister. Apart from this web series, which earned rave reviews, all his movies have been flops. He made it big, starring mainly in urbane comedies. Sadly, nobody wants to see a 50yr old man in a rom-com. Besides that audience has moved on to OTT platforms. He was smart enough to realize it. Luckily for him, that decision to act in a web series paid off. His wife too is at the fag end of her career. We are amazed, as to how she has managed to keep her career alive for so long. All her contemporaries have either married & settled down or have been washed out. Only one is still active, but she is more active in hollywood.

The couple’s toddler son, is a paparazzi favorite. While they may want you to believe that it is the paps who follow their son everywhere, we think it is not entirely true. Indeed he is a cute baby, but the amount of attention he gets makes us believe that it is the wife’s PR team which is behind this madness. The wife has been guilty of going over board on PR. Be it with her husband or with her ex-BF, newspapers regularly carried details of their private lives. Who do you think kept giving them all this information? We were cheesed off by the way this couple was calling up media houses & asking them to sponsor their vacations abroad, in return for exclusive pics of their holiday. Despite being royals, they used to dance at weddings for a fee, before getting married(his ancestors must be turning in their graves).

Off-late many Indian filmmakers and actors have forayed into the web-space giving us some droolworthy content. And last year, when an Indian web-series went on to become a huge success, fans were only left waiting for its second instalment. While the second season of the web-show starring some stalwarts was even announced recently, looks like fans will have to wait a little longer, for the show’s release has been postponed.

The web-series featured one of the loved actors from Bollywood making his mark in the web-space through an exceptional performance. It also starred another fine actor whose films only leave us appreciating him. The reason behind the delay is said to be post-production issues. The series is being edited and re-edited back and forth due to several reasons. Well, all we can do is hope that the final product is ready soon for us to see.
