Koffee with Karan, Season 8, Episode 6 - Review 

This week, it was one of the most unexpected duo on the couch. It was the OG Rani Mukerjee and Kajol. Rani made her bollywood debut with Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. The two actresses are also cousins. Both of them also share a great bond with the host Karan Johar. 

The episode begun with Kajol taking down Karan as he called himself humble in some context. Later, the trio started talking about KKHH as the film completes 25 years. They shared a few hilirious moments from the sets. KJo shared that he and Manish Malhotra went to London to shop for Anjali and Tina. KJo also revealed that the red jumpsuit of Anjali from the song, Koi Mil Gaya was from Baby Gap. Rani talked about how KJo was so kind throughout the shoot and helped her in all ways possible. Karan asked Kajol about why she didn't talk to Rani earlier, despite being cousins. To this, Rani said that sometimes we grow apart as we grow up. She also talked about how she is closer to Tanisha, who is Kajol's younger sibling. Also, they revealed that they shared having the bond after they lost their fathers. 

The duo were good at the beeb game and it was fun to watch them on the couch. The rapid fire round was also good and the winner was well deserving. Karan said that he was also happy to have them on the show. I would rate this episode a 3.5/5.
