In an interview with Rolling Stone India, Jain revealed that he draws inspiration from real-life events, taking several months to craft his songs. His primary influence is Joji.

In 2018, Jain released his debut single, "Baarishein." During the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to pursue music full-time. He has performed live across the country, showcasing his talent. Notably, "Baarishein" achieved significant success, surpassing 100 million and eventually 200 million streams on Spotify. Another track, "Husn," quickly gained popularity, amassing over 50 million streams on Spotify within its first month.
