Interestingly, she stated in an interview about rejecting an early offer for the movie Laila Majnu as she had thought it was a prank. Ultimately, she got a call from casting director Indu Sharma that led to her casting under the director Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
In 2022, Sadia starred in the movie Raksha Bandhan, a movie directed by Aanand L. Rai. In this film, she plays the role of Gayatri Mishra, one of the sisters of Akshay Kumar’s character.
