Salman Khan's Radhe Box Office Collection Will Shock You!

Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai

Bollywood star Salman Khan makes sure that he has an Eid special movie every year. In the year 2021, Salman's film Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai was released in theatres. Surprisingly, the movie was released in only 3 theatres in the country. These 3 cinema halls were located in the northeastern state of Tripura. It was first released in these 3 cinema halls on 13th May 2021 and was taken out of the cinemas from 21st May to 10th June. After this gap, the movie was again released in two places in Maharashtra, from 11th June to 27th June. These two places were Aurangabad and Malegaon. Next, it was released in 3 movie theatres in the state of Gujarat, from 27th June. Even though the collections from the theatres were not great, it was surprising to see that a certain number of people were showing up each day at the theatres to watch the movie. The movie was up at the theatres for a total of 5 weeks, and during this time they earned Rs.181389.

After the 5th week, it was visible that the collections were not good and so, many theatres discontinued the movie screening from 9th July. A total of 3 shows of the movie were kept running, which is the obvious reason why the movie did not do great at the box office. Apart from the theatres, the movie was also available on digital platforms since the 13th of May, 2021, but still, it was not able to gain much popularity. An industry expert earlier stated that Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai could have done much better even in the later weeks if it had been released in more states like Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, etc. The film should have been released in these states since these states had restarted the functioning of cinema halls by then. But the problem was that the movie theatre owners could not afford to reopen the halls just for the release of one movie.

The last collections for the film added up to be Rs.184950. The film officially did very poorly at the box office and did not even reach the 2-lakh mark. It is quite shocking to see that the film of one of the most successful actors in Bollywood did so poorly, but, one cannot blame the actor in this case. The pandemic had an impact on the industry as well.
