The Free Press Journal reported that FloorTap.com has documentation proving Bachchan purchased these 8,429 square foot office spaces from Veer Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd. For the deal, which was formally recorded on June 20, 2024, the actor paid a significant stamp duty of Rs 3.57 crore.

Apart from his acquisition in Mumbai, Amitabh Bachchan also bought a piece of land in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The land is a part of The Sarayu, a seven-star mixed-use community created by Mumbai-based The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), according to the Hindustan Times report. The 10,000 square foot land cost about Rs 14.5 crore to purchase.
It was shortly before the Ram Temple in Ayodhya opened on January 22. A 51-acre project, Sarayu combines modernism and heritage to provide a singular living environment.
Speaking on the property, Bachchan conveyed his excitement, stating, "I am looking forward to embarking on this adventure with The House of Abhinandan Lodha for The Sarayu in Ayodhya, a city that holds a special place in my heart.
