Anushka Sharma And Virat Kohli Stood By KL Rahul During His Underwhelming Debut!!!

During his lackluster start, KL Rahul once disclosed how famous couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli supported him. On their dates, the cricket player acknowledged to having third-wheeled.

Indian cricketer, KL Rahul debuted in 2014, where he played his first Test match at the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) against Australia. But the performance was not as expected as he was out for a duck. During this difficult time, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma was there, supporting him. Rahul disclosed how the actress and Virat played a very significant role during these difficult time on the chat show Open House with Renil.


"I have a great story to tell you, and both of them Anushka and Virat have been very good to me. She could see that my thoughts were scattered and that I was depressed about my performance,"  KL said, when Anushka had came to see his debut match.

KL Rahul said that Anushka also visited his room and told him that they would take him out and she would not allow him to be by himself and ponder about cricket. KL also mentioned that Virat even helped him realize that failure is just a part of life and that he wasn't the first to fail. He went on to said that he had been Virushka's third wheel on a few of their dates, "I third wheeled on one of the dinner dates. Anushka and Virat both related personal tales of times when they had faced professional setbacks. That gave me the idea that I wasn't the only one to spoil his impression."

KL Rahul also admitted that one week before to his next match, Anushka and Virat took him out every time they saw him, and that they had a very important role on him as a couple.The cricket player also gave Anushka Sharma credit for helping him clear his head. "I didn't know how Anushka could understand what I was going through, so it was nice of her to do it. We still communicate and send each other occasional texts, but Anushka usually talks about my dog."

It was 2017 and then Anushka and Virat weren't official. But later, on December 11, 2017, the couple tied the knot, and they are now parents to a son named Akaay and a daughter named Vamika. KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty n January 23, 2023 tied the knot and relocated to Mumbai. The now stays in Bandra. Rahul is currently in Sri Lanka for the three-match ODI series that is being played against Sri Lanka.
