Half Love Half Arranged - Review 

Half Love Half Arranged is a rom-com available for free on Amazon Mini TV. It stars the amazing Maanvi Gagroo (Riya), Karan Wahi (Jogi), Supriya Shukla, Grusha Kapoor, Amit Singh Thakur, Shruti Jolly, Bhavya Grover, Kashish Saluja, Aradhna Tripathi, Pulkit Makol and Simarpreet Singh. The series has been directed by Simarpreet Singh. 

The story is of a successful Gynac who has everything planned for her life, like at what age she had to complete her education, when would she get married and more. So as per her flow chart, she has to get married at 30. So, in the first episode we see her celebrating her 30th birthday and waiting for the proposal from her boyfriend. Meanwhile, her boyfriend has no idea of her expectations and later they breakup on that night. The boy lists out a lot of reasons of why he can't marry her and this breaks Riya. Later, she challenges him that she will get married before him and that too within sox months. As she goes home, she declares the same to her family and asks her aunt, who is a match maker to find her an appropriate boy. She meets a number of boys but doesn't click with any of them. And then comes in Jogi who doesn't come has a boy for marriage but as a friend. She gradually build up feelings for each other and decide on being each other's partners eliminating all the difference. But there's a big secret which Jogi has been keeping from Riya. The season ends with Riya seeing his secret. 

Well, I really enjoyed the series and it was perfect for my weekend binge watch! Maanvi was fabulous throughout the show and kept me on the edge to know what's next. Talking about Karan, he never fails to win the game with his charm. Also, the character Siya was amazing to add a pinch of humour and laugh. The season has ended abruptly and there surely will be a season 2. I would rate this series a 4/5.
