Today is International Yoga Day and many people have sharing glimpses of them practicing yoga on social media. By now, we are all aware of the importance and impact of yoga in our lives. Isn't it? It boosts both our physical and mental health. On this occassion, Kareena took to her Instagram account and shared adorable pictures of her baby boys Tim and Jeh practicing yoga with daddy, Saif Ali Khan. 

The Pataudis never fail to grab all the attention specially the baby boys. The picture shared by kareena says that the boys are all about fitness. They looked super cool, Jeh and Saif were exercising on the yoga mat and Tim was seen doing some punching in the corner. Jej looked adorable copying Saif in push ups. 

Soha, Kunal and Inaaya were also seen in a post. Soha shared a picture where the family was showing off their reflxibility. Inaaya looked super cute and even Kunal looked admirable.
