However, the production house later corrected their statement and said that the timeline had not yet been determined, as director Prashant Neel is currently focused on making another film, Salaar. Despite this setback, producer Vijay Kiragandur reassured fans that KGF Chapter 3 would commence once the schedules of the cast and crew were aligned and promised that there would be significant announcements in the future.

However, fans believe that Chapter 3 will focus on his journey to become the world's greatest criminal. The timeline for this is speculated to be 2-3 years prior to the end of Chapter 2. The CIA and Middle Eastern countries are also pursuing Rocky, indicating that his criminal activities extend beyond India's borders.

3. Despite the scene in which Rocky's seemingly lifeless body is shown sinking to the bottom of the ocean after PM Ramika Sen orders the ship to be bombed, some believe that he actually escaped with a Russian submarine.

4. There was speculation before the release of KGF: Chapter 2 that the character of Saran Sakthi, Farmaan, had a connection to Salaar. Fans believe that Farmaan is a young Salaar, even though there is a reference to his death in KGF. This theory was strengthened when Eashwari Rao, who played Farmaan's mother in KGF: Chapter 2, was cast as Prabhas' mother in Salaar.
