Rajkummar Rao Reacts to Old Video of Sonam Kapoor Throwing Shade at him by Calling herself a Senior Actor

Rajkummar Rao’s Bheed has released yesterday and he in a recent interview, he talked about a view of him and Sonam which made rounds on the internet. Sonam was seen throwing shade at Rajkummar for being the senior actor. We saw Rajkumar and Sonam together in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha toh Aisa Laga. Have you watched this film?

While talking about the videos, the actor said, “It is a very old video. Sonam is one of the most kind-hearted girls and she has got such a big heart, not only for me, but for everyone. She is always out there to help people. She is a phenomenal girl and a dear friend and that video is also edited and it happened a long time ago. She was just putting her points across and I was putting my points across.”

It is a video from 2015 where Sonam talked about how difficult it was for her to land a role in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film and her hardships in Bollywood. The actor was also heard saying, “Why do I have to start since I am a senior actor here.” 

Meanwhile Raj had also talked about his journey, “A lot of people did not want to audition me for the lead part. Sometimes maybe for the looks. I don’t know what they felt, sometimes they did not even want to audition me for those parts.”
